Explore upcoming commemorations, meetings and activities below.
ANZAC Sunday Service
- 19 April 2026
- 10:00 AM
- 1 Vickery Avenue
The ANZAC Day Service stands as one of the most significant commemorations conducted by the Rose Bay RSL sub‑Branch. Each year, our community comes together to honour the men and women who served and sacrificed during the Gallipoli campaign, as well as all those who have served in conflicts, peacekeeping missions, and operations since.
The morning will begin with a march from Club Rose Bay to the Rose Bay War Memorial, where the official service will be held.
We warmly welcome veterans, their families, local schools, Defence personnel, and community members to join us in remembrance and gratitude. Together, we uphold the ANZAC spirit—courage, mateship, and endurance—and ensure its legacy continues for future generations.
Vietnam Veterans Day
- 18 August 2026
- Rose Bay War Memorial
Vietnam Veterans Day is a significant day of remembrance for our sub-Branch, where we honour the service and sacrifice of the Australians who served in the Vietnam War, and pay tribute to the 521 Australians who lost their lives during the conflict. At Rose Bay sub-Branch, we gather each year to reflect on their courage, acknowledge the hardships faced by returning servicemen and women, and recognise the enduring impact of their service on veterans and their families.
Our commemoration includes a respectful service, the laying of wreaths, and moments of reflection to ensure the legacy of Vietnam veterans is never forgotten. We welcome veterans, families, local community members, and supporters to join us in acknowledging their contribution and expressing our gratitude.
Remembrance Day
- 11 November 2026
- 11:00 AM
- Rose Bay War Memorial
Each year on the 11th November, Australians pause to honour the service and sacrifice of the men and women who gave their lives in defence of our nation. For RSL sub‑Branches across the country, Remembrance Day serves as a solemn reminder of the price of peace, the cost of freedom, and our responsibility to ensure the legacy of the fallen endures.
The Rose Bay RSL sub‑Branch will host a Remembrance Day Service at the Rose Bay War Memorial, bringing our community together to reflect, remember, and pay tribute.
For our sub‑Branch, commemorations like this reaffirm why we exist: to honour the memory of those who have fallen, to support those who serve, and to uphold the values that have shaped Australia’s military story.
We welcome veterans, families, Defence personnel, local schools, and community members to join us in this important act of remembrance.
